Politeia is a residential area located in the eastern part of the municipalities of Nea Erythraia and Kifisia. It is an aesthetically pleasing area, strategically positioned to the west of Mount Pentelicus, featuring carefully planned streets based on English urban design standards. It is developed at an altitude of 370 meters or more, where pine trees have become scarce due to significant urban development.
The area is strictly residential, with high-end homes inhabited by many former and current politicians, renowned artists, businesspeople, etc. However, like in other similar areas, the strictly residential nature is interrupted by pre-existing commercial activities dating back to 1983, such as cafes and nightclubs in the central square. The area is also known as Kokkinaras, named after the nearby stream, and borders to the east with the Kefalari neighborhood, to the north with the forested area of Mount Pentelicus, to the west with Nea Erythraia – Kastri neighborhood, and to the south with the Municipality of Kifisia, to which it largely belongs administratively. In the central square, there is also a Municipal School of the Municipality of Kifisia, a covered municipal sports court, and an open municipal swimming pool.

Building Α and Building Β mirror each other in layout and size, each offering a luxurious expanse of 274.25m² divided between a ground floor of 145m² and a loft of 129.25m². These larger homes are designed to cater to those who seek the grandeur of spacious interiors, complemented by the exclusivity of private elevators, blending the conveniences of modern living with the privacy of a detached home.
Building C and Building D, while slightly smaller, provide ample space at 110.44m² and 116.78m² respectively, ensuring that even the more compact homes within this project offer a sense of luxury and privacy that is hard to find.
